Yea but I still hate how every commercial has to show a family having fun. There are a ton of games on the wii that are for gamers like brawl,galaxy,metroid 3,twilite princess, force unleashed, wiiware titles, some vc titles, and some others that I cant remember right now.doctores143

Force Unleashed has it's own tv ads that show at the end that it's for all 3 of the latest gen consoles. Twilight Princess, Galaxy, brawl, and metroid 3 all had tv ads too but they all came out over or almost a year ago.

That's what I was thinking :?. Nintendo is a business, they're trying to make money so they don't die out, and they're making tons of money off of this right now, so why should they stop? :?.

Everyone's wanting to abandon the family-happy commercials, because 360/PS3 fanboys make fun of them. So Nintendo should change their way of advertising for people who blindly hate the console?

If you take issue with the Wii commercials, you might as well take issue with commercials for video games in general. I have seen laughable commercials from Nintendo's competitors.

We may think the commercials are bad, but they are intentionally bad so to attract the viewer's attention. As advertising games for "hardcore" gamers, there is really little need as word-of-mouth and the Internet is what is needed. How many of us learned and became interested in Super Smash Bros. Brawl just because of TV ads?

Those are two of the most casual franchises ever. They're not hard and can be played by anyone yet those are the titles you're asking for.

Do you also go in this direction with other things? Do you make threads like "I hate bottled water, we need more Aquafina!"

It should show a family team deathmatch that would definatly boost its sells...its casual just let it be sir
