Wii as the main console this gen?

I wondering who in here have the Wii as their main console this gen and why? Are you satisfied with Wii only or do you have PS3/360 also?

For me I only have a Wii this gen. Its my first Nintendo console sinse Famicom, after playing PS2 I went for something more interesting this gen. I especially likes the 'social' factor of the Wii, you can have great fun playing local multiplaye, and it has a lot of good single player games.

i have wii and ps3, and i love both equally.

but i gotta say PC is forever.

Wii is my only console but i am getting a 360 soon. I am disatisfied with the wiis games all of the wiis games that are good are casual and the core ones were all disapointments.

And i honestly have no clue what ur talking about with the local multiplayer most of the games dont even support 4 players.

Hate CoD4, which makes me unwelcome in most other console sections.

Let me get this straight. If I have a 360, PS3, and a Wii and the Wii is my least favorite console out of the 3, that means I have no right to be here.

The Wii has and will be my main console this gen (might pick up 360 over the summer idk). I have bought some games I may not have if I had another console but that has turned out pretty well cause I have like a large majority of them.

Nah, it won't get locked. It would if it was in the PS3 or 360 forum, but system wars topics are commonplace in the Wii forum. Much to my dismay, the Wii forum has quickly become System Wars 2, with system bashing being commonplace.

The Wii is my main console this generation. I bought a PS3 in August only because they were no longer making the backwards compatible models and I didn't want one that couldn't play my PS2 games. Otherwise I would have waited a little longer to purchase a PS3. I still play my Wii more than the PS3 but it's nice not missing out on the titles that only go to the others.

I own a 360 and a wii. The 360 is my main console this gen since it has decent exclusives and really good 3rd party support (Resident evil 5 and Street Fighter 4 are gonna be AMAZING :) ). I own the wii so I have access to Nintendo's first party exclusives (mario/zelda) which imo have been lacking lately, where is starfox, zelda and kirby already? Geez

It has also sold more consoles than the PS3 and Xbox 360 combined.

I have all the main consoles, but I prefer my Wii. I also play the Wii the most cause of all of its awesome games.:DGoomba_Lord37

Wii only here. I've always been a nintendo fan and wouldn't dream of not having a nintendo system in a generation.

I've looked into getting a 360, but I just don't have the money. If there's another price drop though, we'll see. But as of right now, there just isn't enough on the system to justify the purchase.

For about a year, the Wii was my only current-gen console, but I just got an X360. The two games that I have for the Wii right now (Brawl, MK Wii) are great games, but they're really only fun to play with friends. Thankfully there are a lot of seemingly amazing games this year that will allow me to have fun with my Wii when no one else is in a gaming mood (Frontier, LKS, Sonic and TBK, etc). But having the 360 is nice because it allows for more intense games (Assassin's Creed, Oblivion, LOTR: Conquest, etc). I don't necessarily have a favorite between the two though, but I think they compliment each other quite nicely.

I had a 360 but sold it because it had no games that appealed to me.

Now Wii is my only console and I may say I`m very happy with it.
