For some reason my wii can't read any of my gamecube and wii games. All the channels are working. Everything elese is just fine. All it say is unable to read disc check the manual for help troubleshooting, but i lost my manual. My wii got knock down to the ground couple of mounths ago but it worked then. It wasn't even a fall it was standing on the ground. Somebody triped on my gamecube contoler cords and it fell. All of disc are perfect since I hardly touch it during the school because of having a life and with school work. Could somebody tell me whats wrong with it?

Its broken. Theres no way around it. With a disk read error, theres nothing you can really do. Get ahold of nintendo and see what they can do.

That's the best time for it to break. Not only because the weather is nice, but also because there are few game releases.

Yes, Nintendo will repair it for a fee.

Make sure you check your Wii for upgrades that are available for download first. That may help. If not then send it in.

*checks wallet* SIGH....yep wii broke, sry couldnt help it, but nintendo has been having trouble with the laser diodes in a few of the wiis, they have repaired them at no charge, a friend of mine sent his in for tht problem and they said they beleived it needed "cleaning and adjustment" his warranty was expired when he called but i dont know what exactly he said to them, they mentioned it was becoming an issue
