I ordered the gold plated custom wii component cable from them about 2 months ago. A week after my order I received the wrong cable, in fact it was a visual and physical carbon copy of a silver plated React brand component cable you could buy at best buy. I already had one to compare it to, that's how I know. So I immediately mailed them and they said "Oh, your order was improperly processed, we will surely send you the right cable". So those weeks go by and nothing. I emailed them again last week and asked "Did my cable ship by any chance?". No response. I mailed them again 2 days ago asking the same thing. No response. Are they less reputable than I had given them credit? How can I put pressure on them to give me my cable? Thanks for help, I really don't know what to do...

DUDE, e-mail them at Info@penguinunited.com & keep buggin them. I actually Review Games & Acc. for ComicBookBin.com & Penguin United sends me free stuff to review. I have the component cables you bought, :lol: just be kind & it takes those idiots a few days to respond to e-mails :P
I have been nothing but kind and reasonable. I will try that email address again. If they responded within a few days it would be an improvement. Thanks for your reply.
