I think that this post is at least original. It's a lot better than those posts that merely ask "when is *insert game title here* coming out?" to which the answer would clearly be "Try google".
But thanks for taking time from your busy schedule just to give me crap. Appreciated.

It's not so much that it's not original, it's just that there's not much to debate about. Most folks (like myself) barely even give the disks a quick glance.
Also, I wouldn't reccommend snapping back at commentors for giving you a bad rap. Making a thread means you have to deal with negative remarks, and due to the unfortunate nature of the subject, it appears negative is in the majority here. :(

ahh did didmems eyes get horriffied when moving the disk from the case to the wii. If the Wii was manily see thought i would agree but for the 30 seconds of disk handling I just want something distict to recogise each game with ever thing else is just un needed complain
OK HOW ABOUT THIS CLOSE YOUR EYES AND YOU WONT HAVE TO LOOK AT THEM ANYMORE :roll:gamer0100
What's the go with the Wii discs? I mean, would it break the bank to have more than one colour on the label side? I know that it's purely cosmetic, but there's something quite disappointing about opening up a brand new Wii game and finding that you yourself could've done a much better job with the label. It looks only marginally better than what one could achieve using a lightScribe burner.
Take Zelda: Twilight Princess for example. Wow. Brown and silver. Well, really just brown. Looks more than a bit lame if you ask me...
Still, it doesn't take away from the actual awesome quality of the game itself obviously.

It is kind of stupid to point that out but at the same time i agree with you thats one of the first things i said when i looked at all of my game disc.
i really dont care because i dont have to look at it while i play and if the game is good i really dont care what the disk looks like
I agree, they're lame. Monochrome disc labels looked like crap 20 years ago. It's absurd in the year 2007. But I guess whatever saves Nintendo a penny...
And to everyone who says "who cares stop whining" - when I buy a $50 product, I want it to look like it's $50. Wii games look like bootleg copies that some teenager made on his Dell. :|
Have we run out of things to complain about? I mean really... who cares? This has to do with the developers/publishers themselves and nothing about the Wii itself or its downfalls. Rocky32189
Exactly. Does the color of the disc make or break the game?
I completely agree.
That's the reason why I didn't buy a Wii.
