Wii firmware 4.2 fixed?

Hi, I just got my wireless internet back (finally) and I just got my Wii in the Internet again. I dont want to update it because of the problem with firmware 4.2 but the problem has stopped or it continues? Has nintendo released a patch to that problem?

There's nothing wrong with the firmware 4.2. This myth is so becoming too much pathetic.
