I'm not sure if this belongs here but here goes. For the past few weeks I've started exercising on wii fit plus again after slacking off for a while. Thing is I've gained back a great deal of the weight I lost and well my exercise routine has always been rather sporadic. I just don't have a set schedule or effective workout(I think). So I wanted to get some advice from people who've had more success with wii fit plus and well working out in general. Like if Wii Fit isn't enough what else should I do and what sort of weekly workout schedule would be effective. Thanks in advance to anyone willing to help

It's not enough to just exercise, replace as many of your drinks with water as you can take, stop snacking and cut back on your portions of food.

Wii Fit isn't all that great for actually burning calories, I find it excels in yoga and progress tracking. Not to say you should stop using it, but it won't do a whole lot of good if it's your only means of exercise.

dont eat anything at night.

nothing but water...no food after 8.00pm

you can have one day when you do it....like 1 saturday every week but thats it.

dont eat fast food or restaurants except once a week.

make breakfast a joke.... just eat 2eggs scarmbaled and thats it...or a bowl of oatmeal....breakfast is not meant to fill you up at all.... you can have a big breakfast once or twice a week if you like.

dinner should just be 1 burrito....or 1 big sandwhich..

lunch should be low carb...and mostly chicken.

good luck!
