[QUOTE="Yo-gan"][QUOTE="vashkey"] [QUOTE="TheTimidJerk"]ya u need to get a wii, good start with the ds whoever said "should we party" at least u can get the dumbed down zelda on gamecube, other than that gamecube can kiss my ass!vashkey
Dumbed down? Hillarious. TP was built for the Gamecube. If anything, it was "dumbed down" on the Wii. It had gimmicky controls, the enemies attacked less and there were less in general so that it would be easier to play for Wii gamers.
Gameplay wise, the Gamecube version was better. The only thing the Wii version has over the Gamecube version is that it's wide screen compatible.
In my opinion the aiming in Zelda TP (for arrows and clawshot etc) was better on the Wii but i thought the all round better version was on the Gamecube. But maybe thats because i played the Gamecube version first?
I would agree on the arows, but I really don't think the aiming for arrows should matter so much as to be the deciding factor.I doubt it was because you played it first. More like it's because TP was made for the Gamcube and not the Wii. It took advantage of what the Gamecube was capable of. On the Wii how ever, the controls were just a quick switch, the graphics were the same, there was no added content. It didn't take advantage of what the Wii is capable of. It was a waste of DVDs, really.
Actually when you put it like that your right :PArrows wernt a deciding factor by any means, just the aiming on the Wii was more fun. i agreed the Gamecube was the better version.
