ive had my wii for about 7 hours.. about halfway through those 7 hours i had a 2 hour break..

soo just right now i was playing boxxing, finished a round then when it was showing my stats. my cursor was gone.. no controlls not even the analog stick with the nunchuck. so i press the sync button on the controller and the wii itself at the same time, nothing happens. i reapeted this atleast 3 times

still nothing. i restart it nothing happens... no lights on my controll or anything. the wii itself is fine

wondering if anyone has the solution?

faulty hardware ?

looks like your wii remote is out of batteries. Try replacing them and see if it works.

Unplug the power source from the back of your Wii and reinsert it. Try turning on the Wii with the remote now and pressing A when prompted. If for some reason this still does not work then : Press the sync button on the Wii, wait 3 seconds, now press the sync button on your remote.

ok well I dont think your first one was broke... I had that problem too at first and I called nintendo support, it took a little bit of time but they walked me through it and it all worked fine after that... now it seems like your second one is broken.

wiierror.com people or effing call Nintendo. You should have taken out the batteries from the wiimote. Did you even push the A button?

Never take a console or game back to the store you bought it from to exchange for another for a simple reason. Defective units are often sent to the same store so you would just get another defective unit.

If you had effing called Nintendo and done the exchange as they dicate so they repair the unit you would have had a flawless unit.

Seriously people they have effing phone numbers for companiesfor a reason.

Agreed. You don't press the sync buttons at the same time. Read your manual before ****

Err...aren't you overreacting a little ? :|

The Wiimote turns off by itself if you don't touch it for like 5 minutes, just press A and it will work again...
