okay, this isnt too surprising, seeing as i've been having issues with this console for the past week now, but, can anyone please shed some light on as to why my Wii Mote refuses to respond to any command? You know when your supposed to press "A" at the beginning of every session on your Wii? well, my mote just starts to blink it's blue light and refuses to correspond to any button. the batteries are fully charged, and have worked the entire time up until today. so if anyone has any advice on this issue, it would be greatly appreciated.

Have you tried synchronizing it again? The red button?

Perhaps that will help.

Mine does that sometimes if I leave it for a while in game, eg with Link just standing around in a temple. I have to turn the Wii completely off (so the light goes red) and then back on.

You guys are all wrong. Syncing the Wii-mote does nothing. I had this same problem, what you have to do is wierd but simple. Any windows or light sources around your Wii should be turned off, or in the case of windows, close the curtains or blinds. If light goes onto your TV then it reflects off the screen into your Wii-mote sensor. This is a true answer, go to Nintendo support. I thappened to me on boxing day, the next morning I turned my Wii on and it stopped working. Every time you play your Wii close teh curtains or blinds. I do, and I havn't had another problem yet.
