Wii or DS lite?

Hey buds Im just looking for a honest advice in which should I go for a Wii or the DS lite? I currently own the first model of the DS but alot of friends tell me the DS lite is far greater. Srry if this fill abit off topic.

well it depends, they are both pretty much the same graphically, the ds has way more games so it really just comes down to would you like to randomly swing your arm or use a pen with the touch screen
