Wii out of 10

Out of 10 (10 being highest), what score would you give the following:

A) The Wii Console

B) The Games Available for the Wii

Wii- 8.5 : Very revolutionary in terms of forcing developers to work on gameplay and not graphics anymore. Even though the control can get quite ridiculous at times. It feels gimmicky now, but by the end of this year games like SMG will probably show us a lot more capabilities.

Games- 4.9 : There aint much right now, it's mediocre at best. We'll have to wait until the holidays.

Wii - 10

Games - 1

wii- 9.5, great but than again not perfect because of the graphics.

games- 7.0, right now I'm playing Zelda TP and I'm enjoying it but other than that, there aren't many good games.

Well if you include the games coming very soon then:

wii= 10

Games= 10

but without the upcoming games a solid 8 for present games including the virtual console.

1) 9/10 Great, but not perfect, a lot of things could have been better

2) Nintendo's games : 8,5/10 Third party's games : 6/10

For the games, besides Nintendo all other companies seems to have difficulty to have first : great graphics, great gameplay, original stuff and great motion use.

wii: 9.5/10 + great gameplay

games: 7.5/10 + this holiday will pwn

- mediocre games

But the games rating should grow by the end of this year.

Wii - 8.5 Good system, lots of nice features.

Games - 6.5 Not a lot out right now, byut is there is pretty good.

6/10 system, there are quite a bit of short comings.. For one the limited space on the hard drive pretty much garentees there will not be a demo channel. Multiplayer service or lack there of has no where compared to the support that Xbox Live or PSN has. Different graphics technology meaning that it is much harder for multi-plats I have seen. no VC online multiplayer support. Lets face it though the Wii wasn't built for horsepower, but the distinct lack of hardware may very well limit game designers.

4/10 Games.. Some great games, but there is a distinct lack of any form of multiplayer online aside from the new mario game. Certain games have some horrible controls such as Marvel Alliance which they only added on to sell a buck.. Then on top of that they did not add any game pad control what so ever. Entirely too many mini game compilations..

Wii - 7/10 features lacking, over priced, a little gimmicky but still offers something new.

Games - 9/10 (counting this fall's upcoming games. otherwise 7/10 using games that are out now)

console 8.0 a different controller that sometimes makes games better, graphics arent a big upgrade, virtual console is awesome, not enough built in memory,

games 6.5 there are a couple of good games but MOST are last gen ports

becuz of the internet, weather, news, voting photos, msg borad, and wii shop

Games- 8

cuz u would sometimes have bad camera angles, but most games r great

Wii Games-7.3 This will most likely rise to 9 or higher when the Big Three come out.

Console: 9/10

Games - 7/10.. it'll change soon though, after prime 3. :D

Wii Consoles: 8.5/10. The kinks are still being worked out. I love the controllers and the Channel set up. We'll see imporvement there.

Games: 7.5/10. In another year I think I would put this as a 9.

the system i would have to give a 9.5 great hardware and i love to try new things and thank god the wii was a great system

the games as of right now would be a 7.5 we just have to wait for the big ones like SMG and smash but the games for the future i would give it a 10 cause the new upcoming games look amazing.

9/10 The new controller scheme is fun. The Wii has the potential to completely change the focus fo the games industry. Weakness in graphics department and no HD (not a major concern for me but I have to include that to rate the console fairly)

B) The Games Available for the Wii

6/10 I think most people will agree the selection of good games is limited at this time, the system is in its first year so that should be expected.

In six months my rating will be 9/10, Nintendo is bringing out the big guns. A few great third party games on top of Nintendo's big guns and I will rate 10/10.
