Wrong. The "must have" games are the ones that are the best for the system and really shouldn't be missed by its most enthusiastic owners and even those who bought the system on a whim. It's just that in the case for Nintendo's systems, most of them are Nintendo-published. Still, that's not to say that a superb third party game can't make be that system-defining game. Heck, many would say RE4 was that game for the GameCube, and guess what? It not only sold on that sell, it has been successful on the Wii, as well. :P
I hear what you're saying about third party games in general (even though some of the games you listed are Nintendo's but whatever... :P), but you know what? I'm tired of hearing this notion that third party games should be supported because they are just that. If you think a game is appealing to you, you buy it. It's really that simple. And if people trust a certain brand or company's line of work more than others, more power to them and that company. It just means that the other companies have to do a better job to get the consumer to trust into their products, as well, and as far as Wii third party publishers go, they still have a long way to go in that respect. This is coming from someone who has seen his Wii collection grow a bit faster than expected by a number of recent third party releases (albeit WiiWare games, but details...), so let's not make it look like third parties are getting the cold shoulder treatment, regardless of what they do.
As for that last part, it looks like you're adding to the arguement that you're becoming the one who is doing the most complaining in this thread. First, you were complaing about what Wii owners are buying, and now, you're going on with the whole "where's my *insert game here*" rant that is common with a lot of the typical Wii complaints these days. I would be careful with calling the kettle black, especially when I just might be a pot... :P
