Has anyone else had this problem with the Wii not being able to play a game. In ssbm I play for about 30 minutes then it stops and on a black screen says "Problem loading disc or cant read disc".
No, I've been playing tons of SSBM lately without any problems whatsoever. Either the laser in the Wii is scratched or dusty (doubtful), or your disc is scratched or smudged (much more likely). Try cleaning the disc with a good cloth and liquid, then try it. If the problem persists, try cleaning the laser, but do so very carefully. You don't want every game unplayable.
I've been playing excessive amounts of F-Zero GX, Resident Evil Collection & Mario Baseball out of my GC collection and I've never seen this message? Maybe it's a dodgy disc or console? Try another GC game see if it still does it?

The disk is probably scratched to hell like mine is.
No dude i keep my discs really scratch safe lol. but ill check and see. WHAT version of ssbm do u guys have?merv818
I was goign to say check the disc, does this happen with any other games? Try another copy of the game, the only GC game i have is Sunshine which I bought last week, I've played that game for about 2 hours at one sitting, and no problems here.

nah mine doesnt work in my GC but works fine in my WII
