i cant enter wii shop when i press on it it say accept the agreement [lisceenes] thing when i press ok it says this is not [corrently offered] what that mean i just downloaded new update because from 3 month i didnt open the wii.

You should check what country your Wii is set to... I had the same problem when I set it to my home country, which for some reason you cannot download from. Then I set it to Ireland and I could use everything
