Wii Speak/ For you to Chat

Do you guys think we speak is cool for the wii and is actually worth it. For those of you who dont know it is for you to chat. How many of you guys have wii speak.

not enough games are compatible

i liked the idea when it was announced but it just turned out to be underused

I'll get it but not until after I get Monster Hunter Tri.

if i could chat with anyone instead of just friend codes i would have bought it already.

Last I saw Wal-Mart had them on clearance. It works well, and is a great idea, but as said before not enough games are compatiable. And the FC thing really messes it up.

the only reason i bough 1 was they were on clearence for 10$. and it wasnt worth it no support only a few games use it. nintendo should quit making peripheals that they wont support or even push 3rd partys 2 support.

I think that its an awesome idea and I really want one, but I'm waiting for some more games to come out that are compatable. I do hope tho that it starts getting popular enough to make more games for it. :)

Could you imagine if the Wii Speak was compatible with Mario Kart...I have a feeling all you'd really hear is swearing lol

I have a Wii Speak and I like it. I've only used it on Animal Crossing though. And if you get the Wii Speak then you can get the Wii Speak Channel and that lets you talk to anyone on in your Wii's address book.

Also Endless Ocean Blue World is going to have Wii Speak support for online play, so I'll be using it on that game too.

I have it, but am yet to use it. The whole friend code thing is pretty lame imo.

I haven't bought it, since I'm not too interested. The majority of the time that I play with my friends, we're in the same house, so I don't have a reason to buy one.

I have it yet don't have it. Ever since the "Kitten" incident I haven't had Wii Speak for awhile.

I have it, but I'll be honest, it isn't that great. The lag really messes up a conversation, and background/speaker noise adds to the annoyance. The code to download the wiispeak channel is also mega-lame, I thinks it's just Nintendo's way to eliminate perepherial re-sell.
