In 1 month, I can see Wii outselling the GameCube.
I made a bet on GoNintendo with Paul_Gale. He said that Wii would be outselling the GC by Summer 2008. I said in Spring. Now, it's in Winter 2008. If it's continuing, I can see Wii outselling the N64 (32-33 million) by the end of 2008.
Man when SSBB comes out those numbers are going to go through the roof. The system has already sold more than 360 (17 Million) and as for PS3 they haven't released the numbers. Either way the Wii is doing better than anyone ever imagined, i admit im surprised :shock:
As always, with a great (selling) power, comes a great (quality games) responsibility. I really hope all developers come up with quality work more consistently!

Nitendo Wii is a great console. I think the reason it sells a lot it because the demand Nintendo has put on the system it self. Everyone wants one. It's a good console, but the bad thing about it is it doesn't have TONS of good games like the 360. But I mostly bought it for brawl, and mario kart wii and maybe some other games.

the main problem with the X360 is that most of it's TONS of good games are multiplats, while Wii is exclusive in every aspect... really it's not even funny :?

im glad to hear this as it's good news. but this could mean doom for core gamers. realistically the boom in people buying them are older / young kids so more family rated crap might come from this. unless they push more first party games or titles similar to NMH. just my thoughts :p
