Hi all I have had my wii u for a few months and my wii u is stuck on user settings screen. My mii is linked to my Nintendo ID. it just keeps popping up even if I press B it comes up again but when I plug my charger in its stops anyone know whats the issue.

Has it been updated? You should contact Nintendo support and let us know what they say. I never heard of this happening before. Although there are some reports of it happening to them so its not just you. I think you should try to resync your gamepad without it being plugged in but that's just a guess. I'd contact Nintendo support first.

I've tried resyncing it and if I quickly press x so the screen with all the mii's go to the gamepad it will stop doing it but if I put it on tv the user settings will pop up. I have like a couple seconds to navigate before it pops up tho when I play games or do something like eshop, it doesn't pop up. It only pops up when I got the screen with all the mii's showing what games they are playing and I have updated it.

Well it doesn't sound like a problem with the console but the gamepad. You should make sure the touchpad is cleaned and maybe remove the battery and reconnect it. Also you could try to turn on the Wii with the gamepad disconnected and use a Wiimote to navigate the menus. If its the gamepad then you can have Nintendo fix it for no charge since its still under warranty.
