Wii Updates???

I know the wii updates even if you're not playing but is there a list or something of what these updates have been? i dunno maybe there just havent been any for a while (the last one i remeber is one for parental controls) but if there have been how i am i supposed to know what these updates even were if it does it while im not there?

like franki said they usually send an email out when something is going down. Just look for your disk drive to turn blue then you know something is happening ;D
