gs rated resident evil 4 the highest rated game for the wii (second to wario ware but what eva)... any1 else pissed about this and hope mario galaxy or ssbb wil break this record?
I still prefer Twilight Princess over RE4 but with a line up of Metroid 3, Super Mario Galaxy, and Super Smash should easily be able to break the "rating record" for the wii.
But rankings a merely numbers it all depends what you are into and what you like. Not what other people say.
What does it matter if it is a port, if it is a good game it shouldn't matter. Madden was a port of the PS2 version and I thought it was the greatest Madden game ever.
So ? i never bought re4 for GC but after such praise for the Wiicontrols i bought it. Fantastic game. i could care less of its origins as long it was worth 30 bucks to buy it on wii
The DS had an unbelievebly slow start with mediocre games and nothing but port and quick buck games, over time, developers started to get it to work. The Wii looks like it's going in the same direction, the developers do look like they're starting to pump out some quality games now though.
Gamespot's ratings mean nothing to me...I read their reviews and try to pick out decent information, and sift through the bias(I don't blame them, but honestly, everyone is biased to some extent). Then, after watching videos and looking at screen shots, I rent the game in question if it intrigues me.
