It should be noted that this site ships exclusively to the UK.

Are Wiis that hard to come across in the states these days?

You can get them everywhere here in Sweden right now.

I got mine during the summer, and I thought at the time I was so lucky to get ahold of it. I appearantly got it as they were just becoming regularly in stock.

I would try ebay if you have a problem. Make sure you purchase one from your region or you will have problems with the video signal and playing games.

I've heard Latin American's get ripped off on console prices (like Sweden) - is that true?

Here in Scotland they're not too bad to get hold of it's just the ridiculous price tag that comes with them (nothing like what I paid on launch for mine) they've gone up about £200. DS'es are selling out quite fast but that's due to xams being here now.

I actually paid a little more than that for mine (but Sweden has one of the highest sales taxes in the world @ 25%). Mine cost around 210 pounds at the exchange rate now. Though, the new normal price is around 200 pounds.

Yeah you Scandanavians are crazy with prices lol :P

But seriously £200 is pretty good, I'd of gladly paid that for mine on launch I only had to pay £180 and I got LOZ: TP free, I just feel sorry for folk just now having to buy a Wii at x2 the intended price and get lumbered with a heap of games you don't really want. It's these franchise stores ripping ppl off I tells ya!
