Yep. It can. Backwards compatibility is a major feature for the Nintendo 3DS. Makes the old school gamers happy as well. :D
well seeing wii vc starting with nes snes n64,they added genesis c64 neo geo sms vca and wii ware later on ,we shall be seeing more added even gamegear might be added, so gba and gamegear may be later on , but you got a gba or should have a dslite by now lolthose play gba games ,
