I don't know for sure... but I'm almost positive that it would work... just because the uk uses different voltage outlets, doesn't mean they make their DS's differently... just do it... I don't think it will hurt anything...

Well it works the other way round (i got both my DS and my DS lite from america and an UK charger works fine on it) so i assume it will work for you. Why do you want to get a DS from the UK if they are so much cheaper in America?

It will work with the DS, any adapter will work with any region DS, just make sure that the side that goes into the wall is looked after with the relevant converters/voltage correctors.

It will work. The battery in it is the same. You don't need a converter if you buy a US DS adapter for it.

Yep. So you already have that side covered.
