I reserved my copy of Brawl yesterday, so I don't have to worry about it.
But on the question: I have to say yes, because this is just a game a lot of people are desperate for, and like Super Mario Galaxy, will see a lot of playing quickly. And as I think I said, NOONE is going to sell a new, very looked forward to Wii game for 20 bucks. They usually sell for 50.
[QUOTE="Expo_Smacko"]Gamestop only tells you to reserve because they get money for the reserves you make. Lol.Sants412The money you put into the reserve goes toward your purchase. :|
No whe you reserve a game who ever does the reserve gets a bonus for how many reserves they can get people to do. Thats why they try and get you to reserve a lot of games.

Um... what?OMG! When you go to Gamestop and reserve a game, the associate gets a bonus for how many reserves he or she makes in a certain amount of time. That is why they do reserves, and why they pester you to reserve a lot of games.

And Gamestop wants you to reserve the games so they can guarantee that they will be receiving the profit from selling you the game. The reality is, if you walk into any other store you'll be able to buy the game without a problem. It's all a ploy for Gamestop to make money. I just feel bad for anyone stupid enough to fall for it. You don't have to reserve games! They won't sell out!
Games don't sell out.
All you do when you reserve a game is make sure you're going to pay top dollar for that game. It's locking into the highest price.
You wait until launch week and buy it fropm a REAL store (none of that Gamestop nonsense) and get it cheaper.
