Will the Nintendo Revolution miss out more Capcom games, like Resident Evil 6?

I really liked Resident Evil 4 because of it's setting and how great it was, technically when it first came out for the Gamecube. I didn't like Resident Evil 5 as much because it was a PURE action game with bad controls. So will Resident Evil 6 come out for the Revolution in the future?

It's possible that Resident Evil 4 is the most technically advanced game, this system has.

Well I presume he means the wii as it codenamed 'revolution' in the years it was in development, just as the gamecube was codenamed 'project dolphin'.

I dont think the wii wil get a full on resi game between now and its end. Another spin-off perhaps?

The Wii doesn't have that many games I'm into.

capcom is dieing company they are trying to change to much and over half of the games released this gen got middle to low reviews and sold poor i don't want a re6 i fear it be like 5, I'd rather have outbreak 3 like 1 and 2 but better online and offlineelbert_b_23

Yes, I am talking about the Wii, I was just bored, and wanted to call it something else. A Resident Evil spin off usually means a rail shooter, and I'm not interested in those types of games very much.

Capcom has stated that they want to release their main IPs in a quicker cycle, and I think they mentioned somewhere that they want to release these type of games atleast once a year. So I would say RE6 has been confirmed.

No, it's pretty much the same balance as RE4. It's not as good of a game, but it's certainly not a pure action-fest.

To answer TC, the Wii would never get RE6 but Capcom has definitely liked working with Nintendo ove the years. Hell, they have, what, four or five games going to 3DS. Two of those are exclusive RE games. The Wii has two RE exclusives and the definitive version of RE4. I wouldn't worry about what games we don't get.

Ok, I had to read this a few times to make sure the pain medicine I'm taking isn't the reason I'm so confused. The Nintendo system is called the "Wii." I do not understand how someone could not know that. If you hated RE5, then why are you excited about 6? RE6 (didn't even know that it's been announced.. has it?) will certainly be as action-based as 5 was. And no, I highly doubt the Wii would get it if it came out. Don't understand why anyone would want it. That series is dead to me personally.GamerForca

doubt it...ppl cannot forgive crappy camera angles nowadays & the god awful controls that plague the old RE series.

Never found RE games to be scary after the 1st one...cause you kinda know what they are "unknown factor" gone. Its not spiritual stuff but moreso man made so I didn't find it scary.

I deem it odd how Capcom won't give the Wii Resident Evil 5 or perhaps Resident Evil 6 considering that Resident Evil 4 sold nearly two million units on the Wii although Resident Evil 4 had come out on the GameCube, PlayStation 2, and the PC long beforehand. If Treyarch can develop a single game for all platforms, then Capcom should too! >:[
