I was just if anybody knew of any good wii games coming out in 2009 .. Im kind of looking foreward to the conduit ... Just so you know my postiton im not a casual gamer .. Im a hardcore nintendo (still waiting for the next Zelda) .. Any thoughts ?
My wii was gathering dust for over 6 months, but last month I bought Okami, and have been playing that since. I understand where you are coming from, as I too consider myself a "hardcore"(don't get caught up on the definition, you know what I mean) gamer . I don't fully expect the wii to come back from dust collecting, but I think that once in a while there will be a good game to get. The games that I know of that have piqued my interests are Conduit and Monster Hunter 3, and in terms of release those prolly will be very spread out. Right now I only have Galaxy, Smash, Metroid and Okami. Really nothing else on the market that I know of interests me.

geez.. guys... no need to be all dramatic... anyway.. in one thing the guys are right here... Go to the 2009 thread on the top... imo they are quite a LOT of games, maybe to many for my wallet :P That said... My wii is getting dust bc bc of lact of time to play... I ahve like 4 new games still waiting for me to be play. I guess is good no to have so much free time. I never run out of games :lol: Thus is patethic teh amount of games I have pending :( anyway... off to "work" enjoy and hope you find something you like in that thread :)
There really hasn't been a must own AAA Wii title in a while. The Christmas season went by without a great Wii title to buy. If it wasn't for the VC and WiiWare my Wii wouldn't be getting much play.
I haven't played a game since christmas and I am a hardcore.........its * killing me! and I am talking about all consoles in general but really Nintendo should be making a lot more games! they have promised many and they are all still in development. As for the new Zelda, Nintendo are making it...Pikmin 3 is closest to completetion and the New Zelda is next and lastly Mario Galaxy 2....Thats what Shigeru said anyway...and personally I seriously think the new Zelda is gonna be a Windwaker 2 on Wii...just an educated guess but thats fine with me because I just want a decent game! and a new Windwaker would be brilliant!...I heard the new Zelda will be featured in 2009 E3 but that was just a rumor so it might not come until the beginning of next year...who knows? only Shigeru so we have to wait until he tells us more.
Trust me I have owned all consoles at least once in my lifetime, I still have most of them and still play them, I once had over 350 gameboy games (not including DS) I have over 100 PC games, over 100PS2 games, my N64 and about 25 games, Xbox and roughly 25 games...Snes lost most of my games now only have like 10...Gamecube...I will stop right there because I can't be bothered to write this all down. Anyway My x360 decided to catch Red Light but I have clocked almost all my X360 games anyway, I had around 20 games on Wii....I now only have 5...yeh I know I never should have lent them away...anyway I have clocked all my Wii games, only have Wii sports, Mario Galaxy, Brawl, Zelda TP and Fire Emblem Radiant Dawn. I need a game, A solid game that will keep me busy! I need a proper game that will actually take me longer then a week to complete! I need........again I can't be bothered to write this all down.
Overlord Dark Legend, The Conduit, Madworld, Guitar Hero Metallica. The pickins are kinda slim till fall but those are the best games that are coming out soon imo. Pikmin Wii controls is also good for a bargain.
There are many Wiimake games that are good but I don't know when they are coming out...the past 3yrs of gaming has been a joke, when this gen started we kept seeing the companies hold back their games till christmas time or the end of the year, then it got to 2008 and half of them still haven't come out! I am talking about all consoles not just Wii, its a bloody joke, and when we hit 2009 most of them have been TBA its a bloody joke...seriously this years E3 has some serious explaining to do...like showing us at the very least 100 brilliant games.
