Hey!

I was looking to get a gamecube wireless controller and a memory card for my Wii, so I could kick it with some RE4. However I was not really feeling the 39 dollars it costs to get a wavebird w/o rumble, so what GC Wireless controllers work on the Wii.

Could anyone tell me about the MAd catz or intec one's.

Also is there a place to get cheap memory cards?

Dude, I got the wavebird for like 30 when it first came out.  Though I could be wrong.  Anywho, they retail $34.99.  Where are you find $39.99?

Edit:  Unless you are just saying 39 bucks flat w/ tax.  Then I feel ya.  The price should come down.  That is stupid for it to be that much.  Go with Amazon or Ebay.

Wavebirds are $30 at Walmart/Target. Don't get a third-party controller.

I think Wavebirds are the only thing you CAN have. Strangly enough, when I bought my Wii, none of my 3rd party controllers worked anymore. Maybe it's just me, but has anyone else noticed that?

Got my WaveBird on clearance from the Super Kmart right around the corner from work. $19.99 with a copy of Metroid Prime.  You cant beat that deal. I went back to get another and they were all gone (they had about 10).

But I have seen them as cheap as $24.99 on sale or clearance...you just need to look harder.
