Would you buy the black colored Wii system if it were to release in the west?

Nah, I already own the white one. That one does look really cool though. Maybe I'll buy one for my brother or something...

If I can by some miracle transfer all my VC and Wiiware games to it and my white remotes will still work and the fee is little than yes. :P

If I had the money I would but alas i'mjust a poor college student. Also as cool as it looks i'm not sure a new skin would justify a second purchase if i already have a fully functional one.

No but that is just because I don't want to spend another 400 bucks (that's how much a Wii costs here) just for a black console, but if that color was available on launch day I would have certainly bought it.

I think the white looks better. Also, I've had my Wii since midnight at launch. There's no way I could ever sell it.

Maybe if Nintendo would stop being such jerks about backing up and transferring savegames over. If I could transfer all of my savegames over, then maybe. It looks cool.

For once I'm happier having the original color.

With all my save data and VC/WiiWare games, there is no point. Barring a breakdown of my Wii, I'll be using this Wii forever.
