Sonic was in Brawl why cant Mario be in Tennis?

Side note: Sega still has to time to add online why dont they do it?

Given that it's called "Sega Superstar" Tennis, unless Sega has acquired ownership of Mario, I don't think we'll be seeing him. ;)

Im sure sega would want it, but nintendo probabaly doesnt want it

still i believe it would be cool and a good addition for the wii version esp since they have to be jerks and take out online play for no appearant reason.

It would be cool, but i'd prefer that he not appear in the game. its for sega fans only.
