After a full day of playing WSR, the next day I was sore in my arms, haha. I just think its funny that a sixteen year old kid, who is in shape, gets sore from a video game. I think WSR is better than Wii Fit when it comes to being active. I have to say I love WSR, but did anyone else get sore the day after they started playing?

No actually. I got sore from the original wii sports though. the difference now is that I have whipped myself into better shape since then. I do no less than 50 REAL push-ups and 30 jack knifes a day in addition to stretches and various yoga stances.

Wow, I wouldn't think that any videogame other than Wii Fit could make someone sore. That's actually a good sign in my book, though, 'cause that means you actually have to put effort into the activity you're participating in, as if you're doing it in real life. Since I have stopped playing Wii Fit on a regular basis, (was becoming too much of a chore), any game that can make me physically push myself is a welcome addition to my Wii library.

I'm glad no one flamed this, saying I'm so out of shape, because I'm not, lol. I'm actually in really good shape, it's just WSR uses muscles I don't normally use when working out/exercising. I consider this a good thing, WSR makes me work hard!

Yah, I know how games like Wii Fit can sometimes make people sore. I'm in good shape, but after playing Wii Fit, I found out that I had several muscles that I never really used, and they became sore after playing Wii Fit.

Hope you have fun with WSR!:D

And if you don't, you can give it to me!8)

lol jk:P

Repetitive motions can make people sore. Just play moderately and you should be fine.

:D I knew someone would say this. Oh well, I'm glad WSR is a workout, lol.

I don't feel ashamed that I can run a mile in 5:45 and I get sore from WSR, :P

Well, I hope I can be able to go get WSR. My dad has a rule of me buying only one game per month, but sadly I wasn't able to get a game this month...

BUT... my mum saw the commercial for WSR, and is now probably gonna' be buying it for the family. This came as a welcome surprise for my otherwise gameless month.

And on a sidenote, I'm more of an endurance runner myself. All that Kenyan blood really helps!:P

It isn't everyday that you hear people discussing about how fit they are on a video game forum. Haha just kidding, good to see there are people out there actually taking the initiative to work hard and stay fit, even if it is through video games. I need to go out and buy WSR very soon, so I can be sore too, just like you guys. XD

after being knocked off with 2 hits, i got really pissed and had to use the strap... i decided every time i'd hit them, i'd smash them to see if i can make they go as far as they make ME go... and now my arms are complaining >.>
