Year of the DS?

This has been a huge year for the DS and not only because of the masive amount of amazing games but also because the DSi came out this year! But the wii has lacked any good games this year please comment on this.

Maybe it was a good game but the call of duty franchise is not that populair on the DS and that means that it didn´t sell as well as the other games ( I know some of the games is fairly new but they still sell very well)

Yeah the PSP is starting to get some great titles out for it, especially around now, and it's continuing into 2010. The new SH "remake", LBP, Assassins Creed etc.

But this isn't System Wars, so...

I think the DS could be doing better. Some of those titlesare kind of, meh. I reckon '10 will be more of it's year.

Don't forget Pokemon HG/SS.

I would say GTA: China Town Wars or M&L: Bowser's Inside Story will make it.

I'd also confirm this year as year of the DS, don't forget the release of the DSi on NA shores XD. Also can't wait for CodMWM and C.O.P!

Yea this year has been bad for the wii and i don´t think that the new Super mario bros wii will make that diffrent. Let´s just hope that Mario Galaxy 2 The new Zelda Game And Metroid other M can make the wii´s chances better next year!

Those haven´t released in other places than in Japan so, but it is a great game :D It´s awesome a worthy remake of the original ones...

The DS has had such a constant flow of great releases that it is hard for me to label a certain year as "the" year of the console.
