Ok i just finished reading a bunch of topics talking abt how nintendo has abandoned us etc....and i have one thing to say......WTF...

Nintendo makes THE BEST games, games of that caliber take years to make, Nintendo has already given us SMG, MP3, TP, SPM, Mkwii, SSBB...i mean how much more do you want...i dont see Sony or Microsoft publishing/producing so many Epic exclusives.....Microsoft doesnt even have their own internal dev company.....their exclusives are all made by third party devs, except Rare that is....and Rare isnt that great now anyways....Nintendo said recently that they have many core titles coming, so just back off and give them as much time as they need to work on them...

People are complaining now that they dont have titles and want MORE MORE MORE, but if nintendo were to rush development, then everyone would complain that the games are crappy.....

The ppl youll should be targetting is third parties, cos they are being lazy on the wii.....

I don't feel like any of the Nintendo games so far have been anything all that special, aside from Galaxy, and even that I got bored with. I'm much more excited for the upcoming third party stuff.

Exactly, just because other major devs don't make us wait in between their releases doesn't mean their games aren't great. Waiting doesn't mean you get good game, and vice versa.

Just like you, I do have hopes for 3rd party titles in the future. Shovelware titles aren't doing well, but good titles like NMH and LostWinds are doing well enough to get sequels. WiiWare has the capacity to become to this gen what shareware was to PCs back in the day; a means for small-time and part-time programmers with great ideas but not a lot of money to make short games and distribute them cheaply, and make it to the big time.

well cause Kotaku recently published an article about how nintendo is not supporting the wii...thats why this topic

I agree except for the, second last line about 3rd parties.

They used to suck because they thought that the wii would suck. But then they saw how popular the wii was, so the rushed some shovelware out on to the wii.

Well since they got no sales from those games, 3rd parties are now actually trying to make good games for the wii. And Q4 this year and Q1 next year prove it

yes in that one thread you defended me, but in another one you were dissing somethings i said abt the conduit...also in the same message you defended me, you dissed me saying that if all i care abt is graphics then i should trade in my wii...

in any case no one has complained here....and i want to do this because my loyalty is with nintendo, some of the best moments in my lifetime were cos of nintendo, i had so much fun as a kid, and i can never forget those days...nintendo is like an old freind..and i dont like ppl dissing my freinds, so i felt like voicing my opinion

Why not praise Nintendo's first party titles and their in-house development?

Last time I checked, they had the most reliable first party game studio in the business. In fact, they are the most successful first party developers in history. There is no comparison.

Thank you for saving me from making an identical topic to this, I completely agree with you. Every extrem hardcore gamer should not beat all their new games in one night and if they do they shouldn't go complaining about how Nintendo has failed them because there not releasing new hardcore games or saying R.I.P Nintendo.

I'm not a casual gamer, I love hardcore games (I'm not a hardcore gamer, more in between) but you got to have the patience or else if the games are rushed, they will be bad and hardcore gamers will say its sh*t and keep saying R.I.P Nintendo.

ever heard of an MGS produced game, nope......didnt think so......MGS is just a publisher for third party produced first party games, like Gears of war

and their line up is weak partly due to the Wii not being HD, and lack of third party support...MS and SONY dont have that many First party games coming out either....nintendo should have released metroid and mario about a few months apart....
