Indeed. A 2D Metroid game (could have a few 3D elements, like New Super Mario Bros.), with an awesome story-mode. That would probably be my most wanted upcoming DS game. Yes, even more wanted than Phantom Hourglass.

Oh Why Oh Why did they have to cancel Metroid Dread.... Hopefully the project will get revived.
