Your Expectations for Zelda Wii?

Fanboys getting excited and super hyped due to their own expectations, Zelda Wii is released and doesn't live up to the hype that THEY created, the Zelda Fanboys get mad and start badgering Nintendo because Zelda Wii isn't what they wanted even though it may be an awesome game.

Exactly. Which is why I created this poll. I want to see how many GS users are hyping themselves for this game.

It'll probably be the same game as all the other Zelda iterations

Medium to low. I really want a new Zelda game, but, Nintendo's been crankin' out the Toon Link crap (WW, PH, now Spirit Tracks) and they are wanting to put the Motion Plus thing on. I really don't want to have to buy MORE accessories to play. If anything, they could make it optional or something. And the Link looks exactly the same from Twilight Princess..... But then again, it's too early to judge, but I'm not too hyped up for it. DevilBorg

That is actually a good thing that you are not letting yourself get hyped. If we want Zelda games to be almost Godly in status we will surely be let down.

I've held off on chemotherapy in the hopes that Zelda Wii will cure my cancer.

I don't really have any expectations at the moment. I hope its very unique, oh that would get the fanboys going!

It's Zelda, regardless of any info on the game, if it isn't a world beater, it is a disappointment.

I am not really hyped for it quite yet, there is nothing to hype about. But I am looking forward to it.

My expectations are high because I love the Zelda franchise and past games have been very good. Of course, I am in the camp that loved every minute of TP.

Yeah basically everything mentioned in this pole. Given the amount of time Nintendo's been working on this Idon't think its to much to ask.

I expect to have a major nerdgasm once I boot it up and also more of the same of Zelda. After seeing SMG 2 and NSMB Wii, I fear we're getting another dose of deja vu.

Well from the little info we know my hypes a medium, they were high when they said they'd be changing the franchise but when they said it wouldn't be real different they lowered a bit because the last 2 console Zeldas (TP, TWW) weren't as different as Majora to me and I also didn't like them as much as Majora and Ocarina. Also the style will be TP and I preferred TWW's style so I know it's Zelda so I am excited, but all we know about it isn't really good news to me, it'll probably just be another TWW or TP which I gave an 8.5 and 8.0 respectively. =/
