For me it would be between Twilight Princess and Ocarina of Time, but I liked the Twilight Princess story more, so, I'll choose Twilight Princess as my fave.

My favorite one is Ocarina of time with twilight princess either second or third probably. I also realy like link to the past alot. Wind waker was also pretty good but the sailing parts and the triforce hunt got tedius. Majoras mask was also a great game but the three day time thing could get annoying at some occassions like when you wer trying to solve a puzzle iin a dungeon quickly enouph. But it probably had some of the best sidequest and minigames.
A Link to the Past will have to be my favorite. I prolly play it like once every couple years. So far i've played it 3 times. First on SNES, once on GBA, and recently on the Wii Virtual Console.More for the nastalgia, similar to how i feel Final Fantasy 7 is the best in its series even if the others after it were improved.Juss how i felt about the games when i first played them, i was really addicted and felt involved in the story.TP is secondbest to me. With OoT following close behind. But i think they both areon the same level, juss TP has a better story, with great cutscenes that u can tell they took tips from movies like Lord of the Rings, which is a good thing.
i was never and prolly will never be enthralled in another game as much as I was Ocarina of Time. As much as i liked Majora, Twilight, and aLttP, OoT was just before its time. aLttP for the 2, & WW was cool until i overkilled it playing and mastering it.
