I have a pink one! Erm, admittedly, I didn't have a choice because my boyf bought me it as a surprise, but I'd still prefer a pink one to a black or white. Monochrome so isn't me :P
Im getting a Lite today (original DS, since I had from around launch, is basically on its last thread), and Im getting a Black one because, well, it looks better, IMO.
Black. Scientifically speaking... When you put a screen on black the screen is brighter since black absorbs all light. When you put a screen on white the white is brighter since white reflects all light.
Black, because it looks better. I saw a white one at Target and it was so disgusting, maybe cos alot of people touched it but it tunred me off so I had to wait for a few months for Black :P
I don't worry about "you will see dirt on white" or "black will always get heaps of smudges" when I choose my colour. It seems a lot of people worry about that stuff, I choose it only for the colour. And I have black and it looks better than white imo. The screen is way better when it's up against a black surrounding.

I chose the white color for my DS (they had both colors when I bought it), since it looks better, and the fingerprints the black gets when you hold it didn't exactly make that choice harder..
