Well, it's by capcom, it's as hard as nails, graphically, only Super Mario Galaxy looks better and it couldn't be done on any other system!! An old school adventure game with a Wii-mote twist (and shake and rattle and spin and scoop)!!! It's for this sort of game that I bought the Wii in the first place - hard-core gaming experiences that are totally new.
It's a game I'll keep my eye on, only because IGN is in love with it.Emmenite7
Yeah... I think it's the first time since Eternal Darkness that they've begged readers to buy it.
It was this quote from IGN that made me hyping this game:
You play as Zack, who aspires to become the greatest pirate who ever lived. The character is flying through the sky in his ship when it is shot down, leaving him to land -- float down, really -- to an island below, where he discovers hidden treasure and the prospect of helping a cursed pirate. The game is comprised of seven major theme worlds and more than 20 sub-areas to explore and you will, over the course of the adventure, make your way through jungle ruins, ice temples, airships, ancient castles and more. There are also, incidentally, more than 35 enemies to encounter, 80 objects that can be manipulated in some fashion and 500 items to search for and collect. Capcom is promising upward of 40 hours of gameplay, which surprised us in a big way. The locales are vibrant and remarkably pretty -- the simple cel-shaded graphics may not be the ideal solution for gamers who seek gritty, realistic affairs, but nevertheless Treasure Island (Zack & Wiki) effortlessly ranks as one of the most striking titles on Wii.

if you go to ign, you will see probably the most hyped review ever. they even have to say that they are not being paid to say how great it is.
