What is the easiest zelda game to beat?
As in not complete 100%, just beat. Like which zelda game takes the least skill and cunning to beat?
I wanna know because I am a noob at Zelda.:)
This topic is locked from further discussion.
Probably Wind Waker.YoePoeJoe(cough)Triforce charts(cough)
The easiest I heard was the one for game boy advance.
Twilight Princess.
That game is so easy it's a joke. The only thing it has going for it is that the adventure lasts like 30+ hours on your first run (makes people think they get their money's worth somehow...personally, I'd prefer to be actually challenged for that amount of time, instead of just dragging on the story forever, but whatever).
But honestly, most Zelda games are relatively simple. Twilight Princess is just the kindergarten dropout of the group.
Really? Most people say that MM is one of the harder games in the series. Emmenite7
it was pretty short though. the only difficult thing would be the snowhead temple
as long as you pretend that the moon isn't there, it doesn't become as difficult.
100% the game is another story, it would be the 2nd hardest next to oot

It is if you don't know the song to slow down the passage of time. But going through it without getting all the bonus material (their's a lot of bonus material) it's pretty short, but still my favorite Zelda game.

I never did beat MM because of that. I just hate being timed. All that was going through my head was "oh **** oh **** oh **** lol
Watched one of my friends beat it instead.
ALTTP and Minish cap, one day games with minimal frustration...-Oath
lmao that was the most frustrating one. i found out that euro came out b4 us, and i was so eager i tried the rom and i couldn't find the last of those tokens or medallions or whatever they were called. i found out that the european version was missing one after a week of looking

Well, it was an easy game overall.Everyone that says Twilight Princess is simply wrong.
Yes, Twilight Princess is a very easy game. Phantom Hourglass, on the other hand, is leaps and bounds above easy, and makes Twilight Princess look hard as hell. Seriously, I cannot stress how incredibly easy Phanton Hourglass is, even when you compare it to Twilight Princess.
Phantom Hourglass wins by far. No other Zelda game even comes close.

I died so much only because I didn't figure out that whole business of shaking him until after reading a walkthrough. It was a little poorly explained.

Host listen to me. I don't know why everyone is saying Twilight Princess but Phantom Hourglass is by far the easiest. I'll go through each game and put them on a scale of how easy they are.
-Phantom Hourglass: Designed for easy and casual pick up and play Zelda. Very easy yet also very fun. Easy Scale 5/5
-Minish Cap: Designed as a realtivly simple Zelda, not neccesarily casual but its another pick up and play title. Easy Scale 4/5
-Twilight Princess: Designed to be hardcore but turned out way to easy for its purpose. Its not the best series starter and not the most enjoyable of all Zeldas. Easy Scale 4/5
-Ocarina of Time: A reinvisioning of the raditional Zelda Format, some puzzles will take some time but its all fun. Easy Scale 2/5
-Wind Waker: A step in a new different direction. Easier than Ocarina but still a challenge. Easy Scale 3/5
-A Link to the Past: 2D Reinvisioning of the ****c formula. Much like Ocarina was afterwards. One of the longest and more difficult Zeldas out there. 1/5
-The Legend of Zelda (Zelda One): Simple controls to pick up and play but fairly difficult challenges. Easy Scale 2/5
-Majora's Mask: This is quite a difficult one. It's very similar to Ocarina and its good to play Majora after Ocarina but the dfficulty and fun of Majora depends how you want to play it. The puzzles are 2/5 easy scale worthy but the main story isn't very long so for main Story 2.5/5 on the easy scale.
The side quests are hard to judge on difficulty. But they are so fun, them ost fun I've ever had with a Video Game. The stories in the side quests have so much emotion you can feel it as you play the game. To feel emotion in a game is quite rare but playing through Majora's sidequests is so worth it. None of them are that hard either, they are at the perfect difficulty scale so its hard ot judge how hard or easy they are. Its just right.
-Link's Awakening and the Oracles. Very simple pick up and play games with hours of play involved and fairly interestign and challenging puzzles. Easy Scale 2/5
Those are all the Zelda Games worth playing.
I would say Phantom Hourglass is by far the easiest, but I still got lost easily when trying to find all the Spirit Gems when I didn't use a guide.(craved in and used it for the only one I could find...)
Though for me, ALttP is very easy for me. On the GBA version, I was able to collect every item and piece of heart, beat the game with managing a zero death count, and cleared the Four Swords Palace in only a little over 5 hours.(I was rather surprised also)
twilight princess (everything is too laid out unlike ocarina of time u had to find everything urself) and phantom hourglassbobdood99
What in Ocarina of Time did you have to find, everything was just as laid out for you in OoT as it was in TP. Navi always told you where you need to go if you someone how managed to get stuck.
Wow, there are some really out of wack opinions on difficulty in here.
Alright, this is my take on it (I have not played Zelda II, Minish Cap, or the GBC ones):
---
Hardest ------------------------------------------------------------------------------Easiest
MM(N64) OoT(N64) LttP(SNES) TP(GC/Wii) LoZ(NES) WW(GC) PH(DS)
---
The hardest part of a Zelda game is really just figuring out where to go and the puzzles. I mainly judged based on that because the battling is about the same difficulty between titles aside minor differences.
It's really difficult to say, actually. I thought that TP was extremely (disapointingly) easy, but then again, I'm quite used to the Zelda formula, so I knew exactly what was going on. For someone new to the series it's probably difficult to get the puzzles and find out where to go, but the bosses will still feel easy for anyone who's ever played a video game before.
Oh, and if you're going to start playing Zelda, don't try to play the easiest one. Go get OoT!!! It's a bit more challenging, but you will not regret playing a clas-sic. Plus, I bet you become a Zelda fan for life.

Um...no. Sorry. Have your ever played The Adventure of Link? That game IS NOT easy. The first Zelda was kinda hard too. All te other games al relatively easy, especially Twilight Princess. OoT was not that hard, but yet, very enjoyable. Wind Waker was kinda short too, but I liked it a lot. Mayora's Mask was awesome, but short if you didn't do any of the sidequests, which made the game just great. A Link to the Past was a little bit difficult, not to much. Maybe because it was the third game in the series, anyway, once you get the hang of it, you can easily beat any Zelda game, since the puzzles in most of them are similar or easy to figure out. The problem with The Adventure of Link is that the enemies are just brutal, you gotta hate those flying eyes and the blue ironknucles, lots of people hate this game, but I find it to be a gem among te series, you'll never play another game like this one.
