As others have pointed out already, there's no decent point in remaking a new Zelda game for the WiiU. We're not talking about a TP-like situation here, where Nintendo can offer a new control scheme to a nearly-completed game and sell it on both the old and new system. Skyward Sword is already out, and going through the work to remake that game or any other Zelda title for the WiiU would be wasting valuable time and resources. Nintendo would probably be better off just using that time and energy to start on a brand new Zelda title, since the odds of a remake making a profound impact on the WiiU wouldn't be all too great. OoT sold well on the 3DS, but it was in no way a driving force for the system, and I wouldn't think that a WiiU Zelda remake would do any better.
On top of that, look at what's left. OoT and MM have been on Nintendo's past three consoles in some way, shape, or form, so how many more times can those games be pushed towards people? Wind Waker, while it has become more accpeted as time has gone on, still probably wouldn't prove to be the best game to go to for that 'hardcore/bro-core' Nintendo would be likely aiming for with an HD Zelda game, and TP and Skyward Sword aren't old enough games to make for a good 'nostalgia' sale at this point. Last, but not least, we can all definitely forget about any 8/16-bit game being remade for the system and coming out at launch, since that would pretty much require a very complete effort to reduplicate in a current-gen environment.
So yeah... not seeing how you think this is so likely, to be honest. :P
