Zelda Spirit Tracks - in stores or shipping today?

basically the topic^ i've had this problem before where i've showed up on a monday release date and they say they'll have it tomorrow. why do they make this confusing?

Tomorrow?,thats weird cuz all gamestop stores located closeby by us has it in stock now.

maybe i'll make some phone calls, gamestop.com says shipping today.

bestbuy.com says its in stock in stores around here, but not available for in store pickup? think i'll just wait till tomorrow than take my chances
