Best Beat Tapes?

I love listening to these, usually just straight heat (at least the good ones are). What are some of your favorite beat tapes/instrumental albums/etc?

I know there are more, but those are just a handful off the top of my head.

not trying to knock your thread or anything, but i think it would probably be best if you just messaged cali or wrote to him on lastfm (or looked at his lastfm). from what i understand, he knows every dope one out there. orlando probably knows some dope ones, but cali listens to beat tapes like crazy...

to be helpful though... contro's stuff is dope, and i really enjoy ocarina of rhyme (not a beat tape... just great for beats... takes zelda music and loops it... really cool album/mixtape). i could recommend ST dudes, but you probably know about all that.

outside of rap... check out Port Blue... synthish instrumentals that i've come to like recently. they have an album called The Airship and an EP called Albatross EP

I started listening to Hudson Mohawke recently, mostly just because I had seen constro bumping him a lot, and he's dope. So I recommend checking out Hudson's Heeters Vol. 1, Polyfolk Dance EP, and Butter.
