Do you mess with the equalizer when you listen to music?

Most of the time I just listen to my music on the normal settings... I never use the equalizer. Do you guys use the equalizer at all? I'm testing out the hip-hop default a little right now just to see how much of a difference it makes...

if I've got an old demo track thats low quality I just usually up the 16KsWorstGameEver
