Elzhi- The World Is Yours (snippet)

Anyone have any info on Elzhi's upcoming release called ELmatic? Is he gonna be rhyming over all the old Illmatic instrumentals?

If this is true it definitely a bold move.

tbh I think he's wasting his time doing this. it's a cool idea, but he should be working on his next official album because I have great expectations for that.

Yeah, its good. Genesis was sounding tight also. I'll definitely check this but I want a new Elzhi album ASAP instead of novelty mixtapes.

I want another Preface... or a collab with either BM or royce...

Sonds dope though, mixing one of my favorite MCs with some of my favorite beats of all time.

i'm cool if it's just a mixtape, not a bad idea either to mix with the illmatic beats.  I just hope most people see he's not trying to outdo Nas by doing this

So with little time to wait now, it's finally set to drop. FINALLY.

What's taking him so long to release this. Since this thread was first made Fashawn had enough time to make his own mixtape with the same concept, Ode to Illmatic, and release it a year ago. Still heavily anticipating the Elzhi project it's just taking forever.Orlando_Magic
