[QUOTE="Balimi"]Honestly I've nerver heard a full Gorillaz album and I don't have plans to anytime soon.Colt45foolSamesies :) why? it has some of the best production of any albums i've ever heard, and even though it may not be a straight hip-hop album, there is plenty of rapping on all Gorillaz albums (all great features) and the production is very hip-hop inspired

This album is quite good and if you only like Hip Hop it's still worth checking out. Very nice mish mash of genres, got your hip hop, your alternative whatnot, your electronic, it's dope. Their most consistent album to date with the most direction.
De La, Mos Def, Snoop Dogg, Bobby Womack, Lou Reed, the guest spots are ridiculous.Â
Such a good album.Â

de la soul sounds perfect on 'superfast jellyfish' imo...the only thing that could make that song better is Del. and Snoop is kinda out of place on the first track, but if you don't think of him as 'snoop dogg' and just listen to the song, it's a great intro to the album[QUOTE="Toriko42"]If you aren't feeling these tracks, you're crazy

I was actually thinking about it but then I remembered, I was posting the whole albumThis is the whole first part of the album no?
The whole album is sick but the rapping is really good. Like Dukies said, De La sounded perfectly in place and Mos Def was on point. They don't overpower anything which is good.
Bobby Womack and Lou Reed though are the best guests on the albumÂ
American people's opinion on British music should be immediately BANNED. Americans dare I say, do not understand British music, they just don't get "it", where as we understand the simple, monkey-level intelligent american music, such as Lil Wayne or Justin Bieber.
Before someone tells me Justin Bieber is Canadian, a wise reference would be that American does not necessarily mean you are from USA, it's a generalisation of N/S America.

You're implying that people care about your opinion:lol:
