Distant Relatives is a stale ass album. Only song that I can truly listen to off the whole thing is In His Own Words. Other than that Damien pretty much makes the album listenable

Nas is pretty boring on it, but the production and Marley both make it prettye enjoyable IMO.

I kinda agree that Nas retiring is a good idea, although he still seems capable of dropping a good guest verse (both his tracks with Jay are great). I think he should just do collabs from now on, otherwise he should hang it up.

Nas and Em would be pretty cool.

Hip-Hop wouldn't be as exciting without Jay and Em, at least in my opinion.djwestwood

Eminem MOST DEFINITELY needs to retire from rap.

I don't have a problem with Jay-Z even though he's an old man and probably should retire...I consider him more of a rap businessman than rapper nowadays though

Word,I can't take him seriously anymore. Even though this sounds backpacker-ish,when I jam Reasonable Doubt then hear how he raps now I just laugh and shake my dome.

I'll be the noob to say it: DOOMxGFK collab album.

Like others have mentioned though, OutKast to drop an album, same as Jay Electronica, new Madvillain 2 aswell . .

^ I'm the same really, I think Jay's a lot better when he's sharing a song with someone else, than on his own. I can't see the Watch The Throne being anything less than decent. I don't think he's as bad as people are making out. If you compare him to other rappers from this decade with the exception of Ye, J.Cole and Jay E, he's at least as good if not better.

That being said, he's obviously nowhere near as good as he when TBA was released, but if you don't compare it to his older music all the time, you won't be disappointed.
