lol I have to admit I haven't listened to them much beyond the singles. Based on what song I'm listening to I think one of two things about these guys: 1. Worse version of Atmosphere, or 2. Better version of Mac Miller (which isn't hard to do)

he does sound like atmosphere i agree...you should listen to those songs i listed...he has good meanings to his songs...not all about bitc*es and drugs. You need to check out his vids. Esp Wing$. Its about a little kid that gets jumped for his jordans. I always wear jordans so maybe thats why i relate to it.

He's so melodramatic on the WINGS song. Sounds like he's about to burst into tears when talking about the super powers they gave him on the court.

Nah, I got that. He also actually sounds less melodramatic on the more dramatic climaxes like the end of the song and the line about his friend Carlos' brother, which gives them more impact so I'm not saying it's bad that he does it like that.
I just find it amusing because it is so over the top. If the subject was something else I'd still probably feel the same way. It's an alright song, though, don't get me wrong.

The album is just ok. He's not a bad rapper, and it has some good songs, but most of the album I'm thinking to myself..."meh". I've bumped it about 2 or so times. Plus his best song (otherside) isn't even on the album.

This. I think he is a average rapper at best. He very rarely says something that impresses me. Very basic raps, average voice, average flow. Hes alright.
