it's o.k. not good not terrible. It's better than his more recent albums and in my opinion his best since Doggfather (again not really a good album either). After G-Funk from gangster Death Row into his pimp No Limit stage transitioning with Doggfather I really think he died on me. Basically I can only say Doggystyle is a classic and the others get progressively worse. Blue Carpet is meant to go back to his roots but unfortunately doesn't go deep enough.
Yeah, I need to buy this album before I make my year-end list; for some reason I think I'm gonna be really surprised (in a good way) by it. And, because "That's That" is seriously one of my favorite songs this year ... I love that track.
