Lil' Wayne obviously thinks he is the best. Kanye West doesn't argue. The two have recently linked up to record tracks that they feel are "incredible." Now, with both careers on an upward climb, the two have hooked up once again for more tracks. Recently Ye spoke on this.

"I'm making beats. The dude is the hottest rapper...We already made some songs that are incredible. I'm not going to tell you who's on them, but I can talk my sh--, 'cause we already got a couple of bangers under the belt. Hopefully I can deliver some product with him to push it to MTV even more, where hopefully he'll be opening up some award shows and getting his rightful spot. Right now he's ripping down every mixtape, going crazy with it. It's unabashed, raw lyrics. I think it's the realest form of hip-hop right now," he told MTV.

He also added that he has recently revisited old Wayne joints for inspiration.

"I went back and listened to this Juvenile album 400 Degreez, and [Wayne] was snappin'...Lyrically not letting up. I liked his intonation, his patterns, his punch lines, his whole story. That's what got me interested. It's music. It's product before publicity. I need to get off the mic right now and go to the studio."

And yes, Kanye is working on some tracks for Tha Carter III.

YES YES YES YES!!!!  Weezy on Kanye beats?  Yes, please.  "Still Dreaming" was one of the best produced songs last year, IMO, and I can't wait to see what Kanye is going to bring Wayne.

I don't see how anyone can disagree with Wayne being releasing a better amount of GOOD material than anyone else.  In the last year (2006 to thus far in 2007) Wayne released: The W. Carter Collection, Tha Carter 2: Like Father, Like Son, The W. Carter Collection 2, Tha Carter 2.5, Tha Carter 2.7, Blow: The I Can't Feel My Face Prequel, Mixtape Legend, Da Nolia Soldier 4, Where's My Crown At?, Dedication 2, From 9/11 to Katrina, The Color of Money, Southern Slang: A One Man Show, The Forecast, Lil Weezyana Vol. 1, The Carter Files, Young Money Millionaire, Young Money Millionaire 2, Where's My Crown At? Vol. 2, The Greatest Rapper Alive, None Higher: We Got the Remix, From 9/11 to Katrina Vol. 2, Da Drought 3, The Greatest Rapper Alive II, Southern G'z, Face Off, Wayne's World, Wayne's World 2, Wayne's World 3, Wayne's World 4, Please Say the Baby, Wayne's World 4.5, Your Favorite Trappers, Best Thing Smokin Vol. 1 and Best Thing Smokin Vol. 2.

Umm... how do you argue with that?
