I care more about Jeezy's new album than I do Nas's.
I actually was kinda interested in the new Nas album for the first time in quite a few Nas releases, but the fact that Will.I.Am and Stortch are all over the record kinda kills it for me.
I wont judge til Ive heard it personally.I care more about Jeezy's new album than I do Nas's.

Nas>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Jeezy
Tis all. I LOVE how Jeezy trys to use the sales arguement against Nas, but too bad sales don't mean your a good rapper.
Jesus christ, I'm so ****ing tired of Southern people thinking everyone is against them....Jeezy is so ****ing ignorant, it's ridiculous.
- Appearantly, sales mean something
- Appearantly, street cred, has something to do with hip hop...not mentioning that Nas' best friend was killed before Nas' first album dropped...
It wasn't even directed towards the South, the only reason they think it is is because they know they suck

word and wtf is jeezy to even be sayin that
Monie Love tore him apart.
"it's not dead, it's a new movement"
LMAO
Jeezy's a ****in idiot. How'dhe manage to sell so many albums? Who the **** isactually buying his stuff?
It wasn't even directed towards the South, the only reason they think it is is because they know they suckIt's kinda ****ed up, but I'm starting to agree with you; I do think the south is taking damn near unrelated **** personally, because quite simply alot of the mainstream cats who rep the south DO SUCK. Damn, how self conscience can you be? I understand defending yourself to a point, but it's gotten to the point they're doing way more defending than there is criticizing. Wayne & Jeezy's comments, UGK's song; who from "the north" is even SAYING ANY DAMN THING? And how many ****ing times does Nas have to explain the title?!?!? I heard that interview yesterday on hiphopdx, ol girl owned Jeezy. All he could do was question her origin (because...that has something to do with hip hop...how again?), talk about first week numbers (I understand people like us checking for them to see how artist u like are doing, but I'll never understand how artist, or worse listeners, use them as a positive/negative), and question Nas' street cred (cause we know, with the exception of 'Esco' Nas, how many cats Nas' talks about shooting or slinging too  ) What a *****. Nas' should start wearing a shirt that has Jay's "sensitive thugs, ya'll all need hugs" line. Oh, and I don't care about Jeezy's album...because he can't rap. I win.

Word up. This street cred and "hard" thing, along with beefin, is ****** STUPID, and CHILDISH. Damn Jezy quit actin like your still in jr high and learn how to rap. AInce when did a rapper have to be hard or have street cred to be a good rapper? Nas=G.O.A.T.

good music is good music...PERIOD...sales and street cred have NOTHING to do with good music...
IF I went and did a ****ing sweet album...just because im some middle class white person from well i like to call the ghetto of brampton...doens't mean my album aint tight.
I'm starting to be ashamed my the South, saying that I live in Atlanta. SHUT The **** UP JEEZY AND WAYNE!!! It really pisses me off.
That's a shame.. Will.I.Am has been on fire lately if you ask me. "Compton" off Game's album was hard, and "Can't Forget About You" on the new Nas is the best track on the album. Guess who did it? Will.I.Am. Storch's beats were pretty hot too, especially "Carry On Tradition."I care more about Jeezy's new album than I do Nas's.

"Carry On Tradition," "Too Much," & "Let's Ride," sound like rehashed garbage, based on the beats...especially Too Much, and Carry On Tradition...the only beat of the three I really like, is "Let's Ride"...:?Â

Scoot Storch owned on The Doctor's Advocate with his beats, along with Meth's new album. Will.I.Am isn't a bad producer either, but even if he is,craving for a Young Jeezy album is sickening.

It's funny too because I was reading the newspaper earlier and had it turned to MTV Jams when I heard "Let's Ride" come on. At first, I thought it was "Too Much" though until I took my eyes off the paper and saw that it was "Let's Ride". I haven't heard "Carry On Tradition" yet but the other 2 beats definitely sound similar. Even with that being the case though, Storch has been better than usual IMO. Anyone who has seen me post here knows that I normally love to hate on the dude.....Young Jeezy beefing with Nas? Naw. The beef has come to an end, and their relationship has taken quite a surprising twist. As we reported earlier, Jeezy went on a rant about how Hip-Hop is not dead in an interview last week. He also went on to claim Nas has no street credability. Jeezy hit NY's Hot97 earlier this week to speak on the matter. He said he spoke with Nas and the two were able to settle differences. Aside from this, a tour may be in the works, which will pair up various Def Jam MCs, including Jeezy and Nas. Ludacris recently told MTV that he would love for this to happen. "That needs to happen. If we can get Nas, Jeezy, myself, Fabolous, Rick Ross and Jay-Z all on the same tour, it would be unstoppable. I'm trying to make that happen," he said. kobegill
