I actually ended up listening to four of his albums in a row, starting wtih The End of the Beginning and ending with Murs for President, and yeah... Murs for President was rotten compared to his earlier works.
murs is great, he's just released a lot of garbage lately. sweet lord, then felt 3 now fornever. each crappier than the last. murs for pres was alright, it was an average album.
never really dug murs but i saw him in concert and he was incredible. developed a lot more respect for him. he can't create a hook to save his life tho. and ya obv beats totally outshine him.
